Brick Making Press

      

BRICK MAN? is an automatic hydraulically operated machine. It has a indexed rotary table with three stations 120? apart. Filling of raw material, pressing them into bricks, ejecting the bricks are done simultaneously. Feeding is done either manually or through belt conveyor, removal of bricks by manual only. The logic of operation is controlled by a PLC.

Brick Making Press Semi Automatic

It has a rotary table with three stations 120? apart. The table is rotated & indexed manually. The pressing of bricks and ejection of the bricks done by hydraulic cylinder from the bottom by operating foot switch.

1. In semi-automatic brick making machine setup, the production depends upon the labour efficiency and mix quantity.
2. No conveyor is required. All loading and unloading of materials are done manually.
