  1. HDM – 1070 SF high density stationary type concrete block making machine hydraulically operated, semi automatic with hydraulic pallet pusher, pallet magazine and mix feeder with the following specifications.

Ram Vibrator – 3 HP x 2 (6000 VPM)

Mould Vibrator – 3 HP x 2 (6000 VPM)

Hydraulic pump – 7.5 HP x 1

Molding area – 1000 x 600 mm

Block height – 200 mm (max.)

Cycle time: 30 – 40 secs

  5. Planetary mixer to mix fly ash + cement 200 kg capacity with 5 HP motor.

Other facilities required

  1. Front end loader 500 kg capacity - 1 No, to load raw materials to the concrete mixer hopper.
  2. Fork lift 2 Ton capacity to shift the blocks to the curing yard –1 No.
  3. Wooden Pallets 1250 x 650 x 25 mm – 1200 nos per shift (Bamboo pallets imported will cost Rs.700/- per pallet.).
